The more you are thinking the more you are focusing on the negative feelings, thoughts, anger, anxiety, doubt, fear. 
When we shift our negative thoughts in to positive thoughts we attract more positivity in our life. Because when you focus on the positive things you can attract more positivity in your life. So what you can achieve your goals and desires. 



How to stop negative thinking? 

STOP, OBSERVE AND SHIFT

This how you are going to shift your negative thinking in to positive way. Stop your negative thinking, feeling, focusing something negative like anger, resentment, suffering, depression the moment you realise it. It doesn't matter where it comes from shoutout yourself STOP. The moment when you say stop you break the flow and negative patterns. Because your mind listen your inner voice. 

OBSERVE
When  you break the flow pattern then observe why are you feeling negatively and what are the root cause of the thinking, problem. Knowing that is too important to shift your thought patterns. 


SHIFT

Then shift your thoughts and feelings deliberately from that negative to positive thinking. You have to shift to the positive side. The most important thing is even if you are in a bad situation have to think positive way and believe that you have a possible way for every issues.
